二小姐的日常

緣由

In 1999, Congress marked the second week of May as the annual
Taiwanese-American Heritage Week (TAHW).  To celebrate this exciting event
this year, Taiwanese-American Association of Central Kentucky invited
Jiou-Tian Drums and Arts Troupe (http://www.chio.com.tw/) from Taiwan to
perform a spectacular traditional drum show.
From street performances in temple festivals to precisely choreographed
plays in concert halls, Jiou-Tian Folk Drums and Arts Troupe has evolved
into a world-class entertainment icon.  Its artisans are committed to
providing an unsurpassed experience to its audience to reveal the
distinctiveness of Taiwanese Culture.  They integrate sociology,
anthropology, ethnography and linguistics into an enticing blend of
entertainment.  The reverberating drum sounds incorporate the athletic and
melodious movements of the drumming masters in the spectacular musicals
without words will enthrall the audience.

籌辦過程

經過數次的圖書館會議 與台灣那邊的協商 終於要開演啦

這過程的甘苦談 是我言語不能描繪的

長輩們真的很盡心盡力

即便是當初我們還有宗教方面的考量

但是我覺得光是他們為宣揚台灣的心就很感動

最後一次的開會 主要討論售票的狀況不佳

不過主要是觀眾都盡興也就很夠了 

開演前

開演當天 說實在有點小亂呢

我們一早就在那看他們排演 可是卻閑在那裡

因為攤位的東西還沒來 節目冊也還沒來

所以就坐在那看他們排練

到了中午 所有的東西才一一進來 才開始手忙腳亂的佈置

幫忙佈置完畢 之前有答應要幫忙找穿原住民服飾的模特兒

不過 因為舞龍的舞者也需要人手 所以還是沒有男丁

到會場臨時找了兩位美女 加上我ㄧ起當展示模特兒

在那邊拍照加閑晃

正式開演

因為還要負責當天的PPT Slide 就衝進去會場

首先登場的是先前辛苦排練許多次的舞龍

再來就是 從台灣來的九天民俗技藝團的演出

很精采 很精采

表演後

九天團員 晚上當天就必須南下田納西州 因為隔天還有一場演出

小張是司機之ㄧ 我是陪他 怕他太無聊耶

我們一台是15人座的van 加上17吋高的Uhaul

路程大約三各半小時 雖然進城時 被很奇怪複雜的highway搞糊塗

不過還是繞回來了 順利抵達

小張的作息通常很正常 他可以熬夜打電動 寫報告

卻不能熬夜開車 但是朋友們精神還很好 所以也就讓團員下車之後

我們就上路 回肯塔基了 一路上只有小張呼呼大睡

我平常也是不熬夜的 居然也奇蹟的沒睡覺耶

還好朋友帶了食物 有助於把我的睡蟲趕走

回到萊城 還車之後 聽到清晨的鳥鳴聲

可以放心回家睡覺了

我相信那些長輩們也可以安心的睡上好覺了

他們也為了修改 印製節目單 場地事宜等

熬夜了好幾個夜晚呢
