記得高中時, 有位同學非常會做西點, 讓大家都非常佩服, 尤其是她的香蕉麵包,
今天我也做了獨特的香蕉麵包, 因為Andy公司的Free Fruit Friday, 總是有過剩的香蕉,
我沒有按照食譜來做, 但是我覺得味道還是挺不錯的,
提供一下我的作法給大家嚐試囉~~
Stacey's Banana Bread
Ingredients
5 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar,1 large egg
2 egg whites,1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda,1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped Pecan
- Preheat oven to 350F. Spray bottom only of baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Beat butter in large bowl with an electric mixer set at meduim speed until light and fluffy. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat well.Add egg, egg whites and vanilla; beaton high speed 30 seconds.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add peacons to batter; mix well.
- Pour batter evenly into prepared baking pan. Bake until browned and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean, about 50 minutes-60 minutes.
