記得高中時, 有位同學非常會做西點, 讓大家都非常佩服, 尤其是她的香蕉麵包,

今天我也做了獨特的香蕉麵包, 因為Andy公司的Free Fruit Friday, 總是有過剩的香蕉,

我沒有按照食譜來做, 但是我覺得味道還是挺不錯的,

提供一下我的作法給大家嚐試囉~~

Stacey's Banana Bread

Ingredients

5 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar,1 large egg

2 egg whites,1 teaspoon vanilla extract

11/2 cups mashed very ripe bananas

1 teaspoon baking soda,1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder,1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup chopped Pecan

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray bottom only of baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Beat butter in large bowl with an electric mixer set at meduim speed until light and fluffy. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat well.Add egg, egg whites and vanilla; beaton high speed 30 seconds.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add peacons to batter; mix well.
  4. Pour batter evenly into prepared baking pan. Bake until browned and toothpick inserted near center comes out clean, about 50 minutes-60 minutes.
